Darla’s Tick Fever Journey
Why I added KPV peptide to support her recovery

My dog Darla had a limp that went for months. Bloodwork was clean. X-rays were clean. We called it growing pains and moved on.
Then it came back worse, in both back legs this time, while she was acting completely normal. Eating fine. Playing hard. Zero signs of being sick.
Turns out it was Tick Fever, a sneaky infection that can hide behind a negative test and show up as almost anything: limping, stiffness, fatigue, even nosebleeds or neurological symptoms. A tick can attach, feed, and disappear within 24 hours, so plenty of pet parents never even see the culprit.
If you've ever felt like something was off with your pet even when the tests said everything looked fine, you are not imagining it.
I'm sharing exactly how we diagnosed it, treated it, and the integrative approach I'm using to help Darla heal fully. Read the full story on Substack.
